Pet transport: Unless otherwise required by law, dogs, cats, and other small domestic animals are allowed on board with their owners and upon payment of the applicable fee.
Animals must be kept outside passenger lounges and must not cause harm or disturbance to others. No animals are allowed inside passenger cabins or lounges, except for guide dogs assisting visually impaired passengers.
Baggage allowance
- Passengers are entitled to bring one piece of luggage with maximum dimensions of 50x30x15 cm and a maximum weight of 10 kg when boarding a ferry, or 5 kg when boarding a high-speed vessel. The luggage must contain personal belongings only.
- For additional luggage or any baggage exceeding the specified size and/or weight limits, the applicable fees will be charged.
